Back Day with Machines
I started entering the gym back in June of this year; after proving to myself that I could get trim without the gym. I started working out in my home for the past year and a half and had great success.
People wanted to know my secret and what I was doing. The main key was strong mind. Discipline. Dedication. Motivation. If you want something bad enough you will make time for it and put energy towards it.
I had to start entering the gym because I wanted more. I wanted to build leaner and stronger muscles. So here I am 2 months in and already seeing results.
The key is to push yourself to your limits. I'm blessed to have a father who loves working out; he helps keep me on my toes. He helps when I feel I can't any more. He is my cheerleader when I need to finish up a set.
So if you have someone like this in your life, lean on them. Its' important for growth in any aspect of your life.
I now have to focus on breathing and sometimes even grunt towards the end because I am finally pushing my limits with each and every exercise I do.
But if I can do it, so can you!
