All movements are to be done 10-12 repetitions. Remember to do each leg, then rest for a minute or two and complete the set another 2x. So 3x total each leg.

Remember slow and controlled movements, focusing on the muscle group your targeting will yield better results. Don't forget to breathe and have plenty of water throughout the day.
