Leg, Calves and Booty Day

I realized some of you do have gym memberships and may actually want to see other ways to use the equipment. So I will be posting more work outs with me using a few different machines from time to time as well.

Remember try to do 10-12 reps of each leg. Rest for about a minute or so and start over, until you finish this entire circuit 3x.
