Instead of a kettle bell, this time I used dumbbells for this lower body workout. I decided I wanted to up my weight, so holding a 20lb weight in each hand upped my game to be 40lbs total for some of the workout.
The other movements that require two hands holding one weight then was dropped down to 20lbs total.
See where you are comfortable. First get down the movements, then you can play around with adding more weight to your routine.
Remember if you can finish the entire circuit doing all exercises 10-12 repetitions for each with a total of 3 sets easily, than next time you need to up your weights.
