Only the Strong Survive

You don't need weights or equipment to have a successful workout.

Think about the animals in the wild. Do they start training with medicine balls or Ellipticals? Do they do bicep curls or tricep pull downs? NO


Using your own body weight to do exercises is more than enough.

Here is a full body work out for you to do.

Do each movement 10x and repeat the circuit 3x.


Remember when I shoot the short clips I sometimes cut down on how many times I do a movement just to keep the clip short to upload.

But you are only cheating yourself if you don't do these workouts the way they are intended.
