Do you crave something sweet once a day? Ok maybe even more, but the point is if you are someone who is stuck in the rut of grabbing a cookie, chocolate etc.; here is an easy recipe to help you grab something a bit more healthy and packed with protein too.
Now, it does contain peanut butter, honey and chocolate chips so you can’t just eat a handful each time because that’s not good either.
But grab one or two a day whenever you get the itch for something sweet.
Not only are they sweat but they have protein so will keep you more fulfilled than grabbing a cookie.
