I started making these pancakes once I learned of my recent gluten intolerance. They were not my favorite in the beginning. I was mad they were called pancakes because let’s be honest; they taste nothing like fluffy and yummy ones we are all used to growing up.
But let’s call them what they are and it helps when eating them.
I call them my Banana and Egg Pancakes.
I like to add 1 tsp of Vanilla Extract As well as 1 TBSP Chia Seeds and some fresh/frozen blueberries
Remember, changes are necessary for changes to occur. So if you’re looking for ways to burn fat, lose weight, maintain, become healthier, heal your gut etc., you need to start making changes in the kitchen.
